Andrew Dolganow is the director of regional product management for IP Competency Center (IPCC) APAC, Alcatel-Lucent. In this role, Andrew is responsible for IP product portfolio management for APAC region, as well as product portfolio and strategy definition for Alcatel-Lucent IP Division.
Andrew has over 15 years of professional experience in the networking and data communications industry. He has rich experience in the areas of software engineering and product management in both team management and individual contributor roles. Andrew’s technical expertise includes IP/MPLS networking, Carrier Ethernet, Mobile Backhaul, Service Routing Platform Architectures, and Application optimized IP networks for Cloud Services, etc…
Andrew has also been actively working in developing and implementing innovative technologies and products. He authored and co-authored several standards in ATM PNNI and IP. Many of his ideas and suggestions have helped secure technical leadership for Alcatel-Lucent IP product portfolio, and been recognized through patent protection. For his continuous innovation efforts, Andrew received prestigious Alcatel-Lucent’s Bell Labs Innovation Award in 2009.
Andrew holds a HonBSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
